Lovely pet-friendly accommodation, the only things that were missing were: no wardrobe to hang clothes ( we had dresses, etc, ) to hang, no dinner plates for food. The table in the center of the room was big and cumbersome, had to wash up cups, etc in the bathroom sink. Would have loved a sink in the main area, not comfortable about washing crockery in the bathroom sink. On a lighter note, the owners were fantastic, our little poodle played with the children in the play area, very safe, even though on a busy main road.

We stayed 1 night with our fur baby and the room was awesome. All facilities were excellent quality. Something so simple was to be given a bottle of milk so that we could make a cuppa. Even though the location was close to the freeway the room was so lovely and quiet, so we had an amazing nights sleep.

Room was nicely decorated and clean. Great friendly service. Well equipped kitchenette, free unlimited wifi. Lot's of accessible power points for charging phones etc. A tall tap over the sink made filling the kettle & washing dishes easy. Great water pressure in the shower.

Friendly reception staff, genuine interest in our time spent at Ballina. Felt very welcome. We were there for a teo day Volleyball tournament and the beds were really good to sleep on. Clean, firm but soft and comfortable. Lov3d the room, air con worked really well.
